Design and installation of a fall protection system in an industrial zone Ovčáry
We have successfully completed a project for VP Stavebniny, which included the design and installation of a fall protection system for a new hall in the Ovčáry industrial zone near Kolín. The ACCEN Fall Arrest system was used to ensure maximum safety. We would like to thank VP Stavebniny for their trust and cooperation.
Dismantling of structures, cleaning and remediation of silo surfaces in Vraclav
As part of this contract, we provided comprehensive services including risk assessment, technological and work procedures. Before commencing the work itself, we carried out preparatory activities, including the installation of anchoring devices and securing rope access. We removed unsuitable steel structures from the building, including rusty conveyors and other metal elements. After dismantling, we cleaned, sanded, and primed the embedded structures. The work also included the removal of old product pipes. Another key step was cleaning the silos with high-pressure water and manually cleaning damaged areas. After assessing the condition of the surface, we carried out reinforcement remediation and re-profiling of damaged areas. The entire process was completed by penetrating the shell using the airless method.
Silo cleaning Kopos Kolín
As part of this contract, we carried out a thorough cleaning of the silo from paraffin in confined spaces. The work was carried out using rope access and high-pressure hot water washing. The contract included the development of a work procedure, risk analysis, and an evacuation plan. To ensure maximum safety, we deployed a specialized evacuation team. Thanks to our experience with working at heights and in confined spaces, we achieved thorough cleaning and restoration of the silo’s functionality.
Installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof AMICA Centrum
As PAVOUCI s.r.o., we also participated in the AMICA Center project by installing photovoltaic panels on the roof of the building. We carried out the installation using rope access, which enabled safe and efficient work even in hard-to-reach places. After completion of the installation, the panels were connected by ELEKTRO EURON spol. s r.o., which was the contractor for this project.
Installation of a safety system at the AMICA Center in Cheb
Our company, PAVOUCI s.r.o., collaborated with ACCEN on the AMICA Center Cheb project to implement a complete fall arrest system to protect people from falling from heights. We installed the system supplied by ACCEN with the aim of ensuring the safety of workers during the installation of the photovoltaic power plant and during subsequent maintenance and servicing. The proposed solution not only allows for fall arrest, but also rope access. We acted as a subcontractor for ACCEN on the project, with ELEKTRO EURON spol. s r.o. as the client.
