Roof service and maintenance, including plumbing elements

We perform preventive and regular inspections of all types of roofs in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and the ČSN 73 1901-1:2020 standard. We focus primarily on flat roofs with waterproofing materials, asphalt strips, and polymer foils (PVC), but we also perform maintenance, repairs, coatings, and servicing of pitched roofs with various coverings – fired and concrete tiles, sheet metal, slate, or glass.

Part of our work involves preparing a technical report on the condition of the roof, identifying and marking defects, and proposing solutions. Based on the problems identified, we prepare a price quote for the repair.

We consult each repair method with the manufacturers of roofing systems and insulation materials with whom we cooperate, such as SIKA and WEBER Saint-Gobain. We always strive to find the most effective and economically advantageous solution.
