Tree pruning
Pruning trees and shrubs
Regular tree maintenance is a compromise between their natural growth and human needs. Appropriate interventions ensure operational safety.
Types of pruning:
- Formative pruning – performed on young trees in the first years after planting. The aim is to achieve a species-specific crown shape and adapt it to the functional requirements of the site.
- Safety pruning – focused on ensuring the current operational safety of trees. Broken, mechanically damaged, and thick dry branches are removed.
- Health pruning – ensures the long-term functions and prospects of the tree while maintaining its good health, vitality, and operational safety.
- Stabilization pruning – this pruning reduces the size of the tree crown solely to reduce the risk of uprooting, trunk breakage, or total collapse of the tree with impaired stability.
We use modern technologies and procedures to ensure safe and effective treatment of trees and shrubs. All interventions are carried out in accordance with current arboricultural standards.
